Pipeline Meeting

We had our Pipeline meeting last night. It was not a typical meeting. For me it was very emotionally draining. In fifth grade I remember my teacher, Mr. Thomas, telling me that I had built walls around myself to keep others out. A few years down the road I realized those walls weren't such a great idea and I've been working ever since to break them down. Our meeting was, for me, tearing down a piece of that wall; not a very big piece but a piece none-the-less.
